About

Life Quest Martial Arts exists to teach students life skills through martial art training in an exciting and safe environment. Our primary concern is the teaching of life skills such as confidence, respect, discipline, integrity and perseverance in an environmen that is Christ centered. These are skills that we believe will benefit children and adults throughout their entire lives. Other martial art programs give lip service to these skills, we wrap our entire training around them. Each month, a different life skill is taught and emphasized in class during training.

While we do offer a blended program, Taekwondo is the primary martial art taught at Life Quest Martial Arts. The curriculum is supported by the Taekwondo United. Through Taekwondo United, we have access to multiple Taekwondo tournaments throughout the year, and national and internationally recognized rank structure. Taekwondo is a Korean martial art that focuses on kicks, strikes and blocks to subdue your opponent. While Taekwondo does come from an eastern country, there are no eastern religious practices involved in our training. Life Quest Martial Arts is unapologetically a Christian organization.
